A Look Into Yachts (2)

Our next superyacht pushes the boundaries of yacht design. Designed in part by Steve Jobs himself, Venus is an 80-meter-long yacht that features an aluminum hull and lots of glass. The sleek yacht calls to mind Apple's famous designs. If you look up to the wheelhouse, you'll see the screens for the seven iMac computers used to control the boat. Reviews of Venus are mixed, with some loving it, and other claiming that it looks like a floating Apple store.

Excuse me, I'm checking our security clearance for the last yacht. And, I'm getting the OK signal, so let's proceed.

Our next superyacht looks more like a submarine than a yacht, doesn't it? This is Russian billionaire Andrey Melnichenko's yacht called A. At 119 meters long, A stretches the length of a football field and a basketball court from and to end. Of note, the master bedroom is only accessible by fingerprint scan, meaning it's off limits to you and me, as is the US$300 million price tag!

And this concludes our tour, so I'd like to thank you for participating. As you leave, take time to enjoy the great views from our marina.
